10. Castelgrande

Ancient gateway. The area depicted in this view of from the south is now used for public events. It was restored to its present appearance during the restoration of the castle complex. The arsenal, which was incorporated in the castle wall in the 19th century and faces onto the inner bailey, now houses a restaurant and exhibition rooms.
