5. The south exit in Via Caminata

Piazza San Rocco and Via Camminata after 1860. On the corner of the building on the left of the picture you can see a pillar (still visible today) which is all that remains of the old archway. The stretch of city wall on the right became much more visible after the recent refurbishment of the adjacent buildings and the construction of the Cervia underground car park.
